Psychotherapy

As a psychotherapist, Suzan's expertise includes: trauma resolution, sexual violence, and women's empowerment. Working with clients, she artfully uses her experience with body-centered psychotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful and effective trauma resolution technique. She facilitates women's process groups and conducts workshops on life transitions and challenges.

Supervision     

Suzan offers individual and group supervision for masters level interns working to fulfill the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She builds a collaborative relationship with her supervisees to enhance skill building, develop therapeutic styles and demonstrate compassion and acceptance of the human condition. 

Coaching & Consulting       

As coach and consultant, Suzan enjoys translating her expertise in human dynamics and the process of change into the language and arena of business. She coaches individuals in career development and transition, and offers spousal/partner career relocation assistance. She is an Independent Birkman Consultant who uses the Birkman Method®, an internationally-respected assessment tool, in her personal counseling, career coaching and team building.
