Suzan has created and facilitated numerous workshops and courses for people in personal and professional arenas. Her intention is to support people who want to improve their communication, enhance their understanding of themselves and their world, and explore ways to live more satisfying and fulfilling lives. She enjoys assessing needs, researching pertinent topics, developing teaching points, and presenting the final product.

In the professional arena, her courses have included: Effective Communication, Creative Listening, Business Ethics, Crisis Management, Gender Communication in the Workplace, Working With Difficult People, Coping Successfully with Stress, and Family Ties, Office Bonds. Suzan has worked with personnel in mental health, dentistry and health care, legal and criminal justice, accounting, banking, real estate, engineering, and oil and gas.
